Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CT, with monitoring during weekend live-gig hours. We respond within 24–48 hours.

Tips are voluntary, one-time payments and are final once submitted. Because a tip immediately boosts a song on a live board, we generally cannot reverse it.

We will refund a tip in these cases: a verified duplicate charge for the same request, a technical error that charged you without recording your request, or a charge you did not authorize.

To request a refund, email support@broadbid.com within 7 days of the charge with the date, approximate amount, the Performer’s name, and the email or phone number used at checkout. Verified refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

A song not being played is not grounds for a refund — the Performer always controls the setlist, and tipping does not guarantee a performance.

If you don’t recognize a BroadBid charge, contact us first — we can identify the event and resolve verified errors faster than a bank dispute. Unrecognized charges may also be disputed through your card issuer, and Stripe’s dispute process will apply.

Tips settle to your connected Stripe Express account and pay out automatically on Stripe’s standard schedule — typically 1–2 business days in the United States. There is nothing to submit after a set.

Payout issues (missing, delayed, or returned transfers) are usually resolved fastest through your Stripe Express dashboard, but email us and we’ll help you track it down.

Common requests we handle: changing your page URL, recovering account access, disconnecting or switching payout accounts, correcting earnings records, and deleting your account. Email support@broadbid.com from the address on your account.
